Where are my Log in details?
Your login details were sent out in an email entitled “Welcome to the Woodford School Lusaka Parent Portal” to the email address that the school has on file for you.
If you do not have access to that email, then please request for login details by clicking on our IT HelpDesk
How to log in?
if you have the correct username and password, proceed to enter your details into the Parent Portal login interface as below:
Note:
Your “Parent ID” is your Family ID and password is the one you have set for your profile.
Each Family ID is allowed two guardian login profiles
Guardian1 and Guardian2 can set their own different password
This means two parents can login onto the Parent Portal at the same time.
Resetting your Password
If you know your username (Family ID), but have forgotten password, you can reset your password by clicking on Forgotten Password.
A pop-up screen will appear, where you will need to enter the email address that the school has on file for you and fill in a security CAPTCHA.
A password reset email will then be sent to the email address that you entered, as shown below.
Check your email and once the email is received, click on the link in order to set up your password from the password interface as shown below.
Note: Once your password has been changed a confirmation email is sent to your email address.
